About

Royal Beef was founded on the vision of providing neighbourhood families with the highest quality meats at reasonable prices.

We pride ourselves on maintaining the traditions of whole animal butchery and sourcing the best meats raised on small local farms. We only maintain relationships with farmers who match our standards of animal welfare and traditional farming. Close relationships with farmers allow us to source meat raised without hormones or antibiotics.

As dedicated to local suppliers as we are, the rest of the world has other tasty treats to offer like cheese from Italy, olives from Greece, and olive oils from Spain or Portugal. Our gourmet grocery section is always changing and evolving, make sure you stay on the lookout!

Great meals start with great ingredients; we are always striving to bring you the best. If it’s not good enough for our table, it’s not good enough for yours.

Our Meat

We source our meat from small Ontario farms. Our standards focus on humanely raised beef, lamb, chicken, and pork. To us, humane practices allow animals unrestricted access to the outdoors while receiving a healthy diet free from added hormones and antibiotics.

Check our blog or link section to learn more about our farmers and suppliers.

Cheese & Deli

Just like our fresh meats, we try to source cheese and deli meats from small local sources. We could never do without real Italian parmigiana cheese so, we do our best to strike a balance between international and domestic products. Check out our links page for more information.

We offer our very own homemade deli meats. A small sample of the products we make includes Roasted turkey breast, Carmen’s traditional porchetta, rare roast beef, and a variety of pâtés.

Offerings change with the seasons, be sure to stop by and take a look!
